About the Space
This stunning home is privately nestled on a corner lot in the hills of Bel Air adj. Completely enclosed gated front yard area, the backyard is a beautiful resort that includes a private spa, Baja shelf, and pool with lights and a waterfall feature! No entrance into the home. All door and window shades will be down for event privacy. See house rules for more detailed info. A convertible covered patio with recessed lighting, fans, a beautiful wood basket chandelier, seating, and dining area. Gorgeous outdoor fully equipped BBQ area and bar with mini fridge, dishwasher, and sink. A covered fire pit area with seating, recessed lighting, a fan with an 85" flat screen tv. A partial basketball area that can be viewed from anywhere in the backyard. Other outdoor yard games may be provided like bucketball and cornhole.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was lovely and exactly what we needed. It was a very relaxing atmosphere and beautifully decorated. Hosts were were great to work with and accommodating. Would definitely book again.

What a time! I luckily found Erica and Matt's space and wow did I Iuck out. I hosted my 40th birthday celebration at Erica’s property and beyond glad I did. Erica and her husband were fantastic hosts, very responsive and easy to coordinate with. The space is beyond gorgeous, everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. If you're considering her space, don't hesitate, you will not be disappointed. Thanks again!

I hosted my 40th birthday brunch at Erica’s property and it was all that I envisioned and more! You can tell that her and her husband really put a lot of thought into the designing of the space to truly make it feel like a luxe resort. Throughout the planning process, Erica was responsive and if there was anything that we needed while renting the space her husband was there to help right away. They were extremely helpful without making their presence feel overbearing. If you’re thinking ahoit renting this space for an event, don’t hesitate. You and your guests will be blown away!
