Parking is available in the oversized driveway for cast/crew vehicles and production trucks. At least 1 grip truck can fit conveniently in the front of the driveway, while longer driveway alongside the cabin can fit up to 5-7 cars (only during non-winter snow months).

Mostly sound proof, dual-paned windows with faux wood blinds that can be shut or completely opened. Depending on weather, it's always nice and bright at Prince Creek Cabin!

Ground Floor, Stairs

Few small steps to get to front porch and front door. Huge driveway lot can accommodate grips truck and cast/crew vehicles as well as serve as staging area, in addition to sides and rear of the property. Nearly 12,000 sqft in all.

Any of the 3 bedrooms can serve as staging for talent, makeup or wardrobe. All rooms also have TV's and closets.

Storage closets and rear outdoor shed are off limits.

Access to circuit break only available upon approval and arrangement prior to production.

*Please treat our property as if it's your own. Breaking our house rules is grounds for shutting down your production and removal from the property. GENERAL HOUSE RULES -No smoking or drugs of any kind at the cabin. Sanitation fees will apply. If smoking during a scene is required by an actor, production must seek prior approval from host. Smoke machines OK! -Some parts of the house may be off limits. Please inquire about specifics. -Furniture movement/removal must be approved prior by host, and reset back to original after wrap. -All trash must be deposited into the designated trash bins at the property. Excess trash must be taken off the property by production. -Normal sounds such as dialogue/actors/etc are OK. Abnormal sounds such as gunshots, party crowds, etc are generally not an issue, but please inquire. No loud music/sounds between 9:00PM - 6:00AM. It is a Big Bear ordinance violation. -No chemicals or cleaning products allowed on the property without prior approval. -All bed usage in any room requires approval from host. Guests must provide their own bed/set dressing such as bed/pillow covers and sheets. -Guests are allowed to enter and exit the house using the front door. If access to side gates are required, production must ask for approval and arrange it prior to production. -Access to game room garage is from main door. If production requires the garage door to be rolled up, it will require prior approval and our personnel to be present (additional hourly rate will apply) -If rental time needs to be extended, guests must notify host 1 hour prior to the end of shoot. -Crafty food and drinks are allowed inside the house. Other food and catering only allowed in backyard, unless approved by host. -No alcohol allowed on the property, unless approved by host. Prop alcohol OK. -NO BOOKING FOR ANYONE UNDER 25 - unless approved by host. -All items are accounted for so please do not remove anything from the cabin or game room. Extra fees will be charged for missing or damaged items. -Please refrain from wearing shoes on the carpet. -No parking on street. Driveway parking only in the front and side driveways of the cabin. Hundreds of major film and TV productions have also been filmed near this property in Big Bear.

Furniture can be moved but must be reset to original places prior to the wrap of the production.
