Located just off of Broadway on Palmer street, our 1475 square foot Academy has a large open matted space for your next fitness class, yoga retreat, workshop, Martial Arts Seminar, Birthday Party, photo shoot or film shoot. The versatility of the space allows you to create your perfect event! The space can accommodate 30 plus people depending on the type of class or event you may be looking to host! FEATURES: - 900 square foot 3 inch thick matted space - Two changing rooms - Free WiFi access - Keurig Coffee Machine - Large refrigerator/freezer access on request - Large Speaker that a client can hook their own audio streaming device up to by a cable or Bluetooth. - Large deep sink inside the custodial room for use if needed. - Large Bounce house on request - Large TV that is viewed from the matted space - Large Garage Door available to open at clients discretion - Large cubbyholes for open storage - Several Lockers that can be used for storage and secured with a lock while in the space. FITNESS FOCUSED FEATURES: - Kettle Bells (multiple weights) - Versatile Steel workout Clubs (can vary the weights and grip size) - Pull Up Bar - Large Crash Pad - Multiple types of MMA/Boxing Work out equipment from gloves, shin guards and kick -pads etc. - Three distinct types of heavy bags for Boxing/MMA - Various other types of workout equipment such as battle ropes, Swiss balls, medicine -ball, jump ropes and lots more.

Main use of the space is as a grappling martial art and in this type of activity we value cleanliness to the highest degree. Safety is of the utmost importance and a clean space is a safe space. The space is constantly being cleaned between every class that is held. This would be the same between each and every client.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
