There is full china service for 22 guests, and several buffets. -Kitchen has 2 large Refrigerators, double ovens and is fully stocked with all kitchen accessories. -The Manor has 8 Bedrooms & 8 Bathrooms (3 with Jetted Tubs) -The Kings Cottage Manor provides Wifi in all areas, and has Hulu streaming TV -There is generous onsite parking, plus free street parking -The Historical features of the home have been well preserved, with wood floors, original tile work, Stained glass windows, clawfoot tubs and crystal chandeliers.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
