It includes a ping pong/table tennis, air hockey, foosball and indoor basketball. ******** Nestled within walking distance to day spas and hot spring mineral pools, Prince Palm Retreat is a brand new desert house custom built in 2022, perfectly located in Desert Hot Springs, just 15 mins from Downtown Palm Springs and 30 mins to Joshua Tree and Coachella — away from the bustle but yet close enough to experience all the desert cities of Coachella Valley! The house features central AC/Heat, vinyl flooring, an open floor plan living room with vaulted ceilings and a 65” 4K TV, leading to the full kitchen that boosts granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances, a variety of coffee makers and a formal dining area. Down the spacious hallways, guests have access to a guest bathroom with a tub shower, a large master bedroom with a king bed and a luxury private master bathroom with dual sinks. A second and third bedroom include two queen beds each. All three bedrooms also include TV’s with Roku apps. Near the living room, a fourth open bedroom/den consists of a full size futon sofa. A washer/dryer along with irons are available for guests in the house. Guests also have access to the Prince Palm Retreat Game Room, equip with foosball table, indoor basketball, ping pong table tennis and a large air hockey table! Just outside the beautiful rear French doors, productions can utilize the covered backyard patio with plenty of shade for crafty, catering or filming, set up with outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill and a firepit with lounge chairs along the expansive palm tree lined desert-like yard — very scenic especially for night shoots. Prince Palm Retreat is the ideal desert production shoot location or central production home base for shoots in Palm Springs, Joshua Tree, Indio and other Desert Cities!

A large driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles. Other cast/crew and production vehicles can freely park on the street with no time restrictions. Please be mindful of any temporary city posted signs.

No steps to get in and out of house. Driveway and abundant street parking can accommodate grips truck and cast/crew vehicles, in addition to sides and the rear of the property.

Any of the 4 bedrooms can serve as staging for talent, makeup or wardrobe. 3 rooms also have TV's and large closets.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

Storage closet in master and hallway closet are off limits.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

General Rules

*Please treat our property as if it's your own. Breaking our house rules is grounds for shutting down your production and removal from the property. GENERAL HOUSE RULES -No smoking or drugs of any kind at the cabin. Sanitation fees will apply. If smoking during a scene is required by an actor, production must seek prior approval from host. Smoke machines OK! -Some parts of the house may be off limits. Please inquire about specifics. -Furniture movement/removal must be approved prior by host, and reset back to original after wrap. -All trash must be deposited into the designated trash bins at the property. Excess trash must be taken off the property by production. -Normal sounds such as dialogue/actors/etc are OK. Abnormal sounds such as gunshots, party crowds, etc are generally not an issue, but please inquire. No loud music/sounds between 9:00PM - 6:00AM. It is a Desert Hot Springs ordinance violation. -No chemicals or cleaning products allowed on the property without prior approval. -All bed usage in any room requires approval from host. Guests must provide their own bed/set dressing such as bed/pillow covers and sheets. -Guests are allowed to enter and exit the house using the front door. If access to side gates are required, production must ask for approval and arrange it prior to production. -Access to game room garage is inside the house. If production requires the garage door to be rolled up, it will require prior approval and our personnel to be present (additional hourly rate will apply) -If rental time needs to be extended, guests must notify host 1 hour prior to the end of shoot. -Crafty food and drinks are allowed inside the house. Other food and catering only allowed in backyard, unless approved by host. -No alcohol allowed on the property, unless approved by host. Prop alcohol OK. -NO BOOKING FOR ANYONE UNDER 25 - unless approved by host. -All items are accounted for so please do not remove anything from the cabin or game room. Extra fees will be charged for missing or damaged items. -Please refrain from wearing shoes on the carpets in rooms. -Lots of unlimited street parking. Driveway parking accommodates 2-4 cars. Feel free to contact us with any other questions. This property itself has been featured in several film and commercial projects. Hundreds of major film and TV productions have also been filmed near this property in Palm Desert.

Production must provide proper liability insurance for all productions. Some exceptions can be made for limited, skeleton crew shoots, but please inquire with host prior to.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture can be moved but must be reset to original places prior to the wrap of the production.

For the safely of our property and our guests, we have 24-hour video surveillance in all exteriors and living space interiors of property.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Professional crew cleans and thoroughly sanitizes after each booking. Guests are encouraged to bring all their own sanitation supplies.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
