About the Space
4 large and 1 smaller dance studios. 2 music studios also available on special request. Mirrors, barres, air conditioning in all studios. Wooden floor in the 2 largest rooms, black tarkett flooring in the 3 smaller dance studios. 1 studio includes gym mating and acro equipment, and very high roof. Also includes 3 aerial silks which are rigged to the ceiling cross beam. Foyer, 3 bathrooms, simple kitchenette.

Health and Safety Measures
Dance Studios are professionally cleaned weekly, and as need be according to bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
