The space is silent but occasionally you may hear sounds from neighboring units. We also have a sound recording studio within the space but noise is very minimal. Please message us if you have any questions regarding noise.

Ground Floor

Please do not enter the recording studio.

There are multiple outlets across the room, the circuit breaker is next to the washroom. There are times if you use the microwave you will have to reset the circuit breaker (#15 & #16)

General Rules: Keep in mind since this space is a unit within an office building, you may hear sounds from neighboring units. You may be sharing the space as we have a recording studio that is separate from the rental area. Overtime: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Cleaning: Please leave the space the same as you entered it and remove any additional equipment or rentals that are brought into the space. We'll also provide a Vacuum to assist in cleaning. A good idea is to leave 30 minutes to clean up the space as any mess will result in cleaning fees. Please do not use any screws, nails, staples or any space altering attachment. Any tapes or backing materials must be properly removed. Sometimes the vinyl flooring will peel with gaff tape so just push the flooring back in. Any damage to the space will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Misc: There is no smoking allowed in the space nor any fog machines. Please do not use any materials that are difficult to clean such as oils or glitter. We have CCTV for insurance and loss-prevention purposes. None of the footage is ever discussed, nor shared with third parties unless required by law or contract (i.e. Police or Insurance company)
