About the Space
You'll get access to a 600 sqft open space perfect for backdrop photoshoots/videos or conceptual shoots needing a great creative space to work with. Wifi: — Extremely fast WIFI, Gigabit Internet with Bell The Space Includes: — Couch and TV which can playback audio — Mirrors for styling and makeup — Blackout blinds to block off natural light — Washroom for changing/makeup — A/C Air Conditioning & Heating — Water bottles and Kettle included Equipment Available: (Please only use the equipment if you have experience in using them) — 2 x C-Stands — 2 x Godox Lights w/ Gels — Lights and various camera tripods — Backdrop Stands with Green/White/Blue Backdrops — Step Ladder — Folding Table Parking: — Free parking at the front of the building, maximum of 4 cars, all spots marked by #1 Note: — Please keep in mind, we also have a music studio which is separately booked. It does not conflict with the area but you may hear sound. If you have any concerns, please let me know and I will try my best to accommodate. If you need any additional photography or videography, please feel free to message me. We have experienced photographers and videographers that can bring your concept to life!

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

It was an absolute pleasure booking Koven's studio. He was extremely kind, helpful and responsive. The studio also had all the equipment ready and set up for us to start our session right away. FYI Koven mentions there's a separate music studio in the space but the soundproofing is excellent and we had no issues with background noises. I'll absolutely be coming back again and recommend to anyone looking to do any photography/videography. Thanks again Koven!

Great experience staff was friendly, allowed me to setup early and we took down equally as fast. They are mainly a video studio but it worked out completely fine.

Very nice clean space! Koven was amazing and very nice and also welcoming. I would highly recommended anyone looking for a space to come here. I would definitely come back :)

We used this space for a baby photo shoot and are so happy that we found it. The space is a great size, very clean and easy to find. Koven was a delight to work with. He was friendly, welcoming and made himself available the whole time. Couldn't have asked for a better spot or experience. Definitely will be going back. Thank you Koven!

Wow, wow! This studio is beautiful and clean, also love the area in general. Dealing with Koven was the best, he is so friendly and very welcoming. He answers messages frequently. There is good equipment that come with the booking. Love it, highly recommend!
