Plenty of free street parking in front and alongside the entire premises. There is also parking inside the courtyard as well.

The space has 4 big windows with lots of natural light during the day and curtains if you need to soften or diffuse the lighting at all.

Ground Floor

There is a loading zone and ramp in the courtyard for loading in gear and electric, if needed.

Closets and separate offices are off-limits.

• A standard booking only includes the space itself, natural light and/or the house lights that are built into it. You will need to bring your own creative lighting and equipment if you choose to shoot something beyond the scope of a standard booking layout. If you do not have any additional lighting and want to rent some, check out some of the lighting add-ons we offer. You will need to specify your request in advance, prior to your booking date. • Your booking time is when you will be given access inside. Please do not arrive or enter the building any sooner than 15min before your booking time. If you booking starts at 10:00am — do not arrive ANY EARLIER than 9:45am — our studio managers may arrive at the time of your booking. Do not arrive earlier than your time expecting to start setting up and shoot. If you need more time, book more time • Make sure your head count is accurate when you book. If you sent a booking request with 5ppl — and show up with 25ppl — you will be charged more per hour. • You are responsible for leaving the space as you found it. That means cleaning up the space and putting back all props, if any were moved or used from other spaces. • Your rental is based hourly. To avoid an overage, "buffers" must be included within your allotted time. Ex: An 8hr booking from 12pm - 8pm / You must be wrapped and off the property by 8p to avoid being billed overtime charges. • No loitering in the exterior parking lots. Other than initial gear load in / there should be no cast or crew in the parking lot for any reason. • No pyro of any kind (unless you have permit or a fire marshal present). • No guns or live weapons (props are okay, if approved by our staff) • No fake blood / no squibs / no color smoke bombs • No smoking inside the building • We allow music playback — but at a respectable level. NO EXCESSIVELY LOUD MUSIC • No live bands or live instruments (drums / etc) • Haze & smoke machines are allowed • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged equipment during your booking • We reserve all rights to take and share behind the scenes photo(s) of whatever shoot is happening on our property, for the promotion of our location. • If any rules are broken, or for whatever reason, our staff feels you are disrespecting our space, we will cancel your booking and ask that you leave the property immediately. This type of cancellation is non-refundable.
