ABOUT THE SPACE Modern, calming, clean workspace located in the Hills of Pasadena- known as Altadena is ideal for hosting your next Off-Site activity. Our space has 3 adjoining rooms - including a prep-space room with a refrigerator and Free Parking onsite. The Entire Space is included: (700 sqft* 800sqft* 800sqft* Plus Parking Lot ) We provide Four (4) 6-8 ft Folding Tables, Twenty (20) White Chairs for modular table set-up, conference set up, and a back area lounge, and everything else to create a comfortable, inviting home like feel where inspiration is everywhere. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES (free): -All 3 Adjoining Rooms (700sqft) (800sqft)) (800sqft) 2300 sqft Total - Four (4) 6-8 ft Folding Tables, Twenty (20) White Folding Chairs -Prep Room With Fridge|Freezer - White Board -Blue Tooth Onyx Soundbox Speaker For Background Music - WIFI - Onsite Parking and unmetered free street parking CATERING / FOOD: - We have a list of vendors & caterers to recommend if you're interested in ordering a meal during your booking. - Several restaurants within walking distance CUSTOM RATES: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday rates are subject to change. All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

Seriously look no further. As someone who looked at so many venues once me and my boyfriend saw this venue we knew this one was it! We had our baby shower here and it was great. We had about 60-70 people. It accommodated everyone. Samera was so helpful and easy to work with the whole time. She’s so helpful and can literally make anything happen. I will definitely book again! Parking was easy and there being a party supply store next door made things a whole lot easier.

Samera is an amazing host with a beautiful space. The space really elevated the feel of our staff event. It’s very modern and chic. We had access to everything we needed. Samera is attentive, accommodating, and helpful. It’s such a cute space. I can’t wait to book here again!

I absolutely love this space! Samera was very helpful and was there if we needed her, she made the space look so nice and open which is what I needed. My family and friends thought it was a beautiful place as well. We celebrated my daughters 1st birthday and transformed the space into a candy shop! Will definitely book again. She’s awesome and her space is awesome. Thank you for being the best host!
