By booking you agree that you have read & agree to comply with these rules. Failure could result in loss of your deposit and/or being asked to leave the property: 1. Quiet hours observed 9PM to 9AM 2. The dining room walls are a beautiful white! Unfortunately that means they attract dirt. :( Kindly refrain from touching the walls in the dining room. 3. A refundable security deposit of $500 minimum is required depending on number of guests. Deposit will be refunded upon departure less damages if any. 4. Please do not smoke anywhere on the property (inside or outside). There's a minimum $250 Cleaning & Deodorizing Fee if smoke odor is detected in the house after check out. 5. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms, please keep common areas clean after use. 6. Use of narcotics is not permitted. 7. Host bears no responsibilities for any accident, injuries or illness that you may sustain during your stay. 8. Please be kind to our Earth by turning off lights, water valves, and set thermostat in summer 77F in winter 68F when not occupying the unit or upon departure. 9. No Parties/Events in the unit this is a quiet community neighborhood 10. No open flame or Fireworks & candles on the property. 11. Only Registered Guests are allowed onsite, additional guests must be approved. All guests over 18 must be registered in to the Itinerary with a verified ID & photo. 12. Minimum requirement of 25 years old of age to book. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please treat our place respectfully.
