By booking this space, you are agreeing to comply with all of the rules listed below. DAMAGES: You are responsible for leaving the space the way you found it. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. OVERTIME: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 days before the event start time to receive a full refund (including fees). Cancellations between 7 days and 24 hours before the start time will receive a 50% refund (excluding fees). Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable. PROHIBITED: No smoking allowed inside the house. No shoes worn around the house except models/actors/etc. No fire, weapons, glitter, confetti, sand, paint, aerosol spray cans, fireworks. No parties or events - contact us for intimate special inquiries. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules. The house has been kept in great condition for years & we intend to keep it that way! Please don't make us regret listing it!

As long as you leave the space exactly as it was before with no damage to the property you can move around as you please. Some pieces can not be moved.
