This home is roomy and unfurnished allowing you to bring your creativity and imagination to life. The home also offers a large backyard perfect for hosting get-togethers and soaking up the Texas sun. This home has beautiful natural lighting from the large windows in the living room and entrance, so it feels airy and bright. There are no back neighbors in this home, but rather lots of trees and wildlife that allow you to observe nature. The home offers a large master suite on the first floor with double sinks, separate tub and shower, and a large walk-in closet making it a great space to use for hair & makeup and dressing room. Lastly, this home is located within walking distance to Cullen Park which offers additional opportunities. This home offers tons of possibility for your creative mind!

Parking description

2-car garage available as well as driveway parking for up to 4 cars. Additional parking available along the street.

General Rules

No smoking allowed inside the home, including the garage. No smoking allowed within 10 feet of the home. Exterior events must end no later than 8 pm. Interior events must end no later than 10 pm to allow for cleaning and prepping the space for the next guest. We will clean after all events but ask that you keep all trash inside the trash bins provided and be respectful of the property. Any generalized and excessive littering will trigger a cleaning fee to be invoiced to your reservation. Any damages will also be identified after event and cost of repairs will be invoiced. Customary wear and tear due to usage is not considered damage. We ask that any filming or photography crews bring tennis balls or other similar product to prevent any scratching the floors. We offer some as backup, but it may not be enough for all the equipment.

No cameras inside the home, but do have cameras at entrance / exit points including a doorbell camera.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The property is cleaned and disinfected before every booking. Cleaning staff wear gloves, masks, and hair nets to keep our staff and our guests safe. Additionally, we have spaced out bookings so that we can air out the property and limit any exposure before and after cleaning staff enter the property.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
