About the Space
I have two different spaces available to rent. The first is a charming Spanish style bungalow. The house is light airy and tastefully furnished with an eclectic shabby chic aesthetic. Wood floors, great light, skylights. Lots of charm and great colors. The living room, dining room and full kitchen are all one large open space leading out onto a deck and garden. It has a lovely indoor outdoor feeling . There is a full kitchen and one bathroom. Four large custom French doors lead out to large deck with trees and private garden which is quiet and completely private. There is a beautifully landscaped back yard and outdoor living space with large couch and chairs. The bathroom has been newly renovated with a marble floor and marble tiles in the shower. Beautiful marble countertop on the vanity. Master bedroom has large oversize French doors that lead out to the garden in the back Second bedroom has a day bed. House is perfect for commercials, photo shoots, TV and film, baby or wedding showers or dinner parties... Also perfect for a fundraiser...once had a fundraiser here for a well-known politician with over 100 people. The house is 1000 square feet. Large back yard. The SECOND space is a 600 square foot fully working contemporary ART STUDIO. The owner is an artist and had the space built 20 years ago. There are 17 feet tall ceilings, six large skylights, a loft on one end ( perfect for shooting down onto the main space from above) . The walls are painted white. There are oversized french doors on two sides leading out to the garden. These doors can be fully opened creating a wide open space to shoot from many angles. This space has been rented numerous times for photoshoots, commercials, TV and film as well as music videos. The light is spectacular all day long.

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors

WOWOWOW, are you kidding me? There were so many amazing places to shoot here that 3 hours was simply not enough. I was able to bring my dream shoot to live here and it couldn't have gone better. Amadea was amazing and very helpful and passionate about here space!

Beautiful space and exactly as advertised. Amadea was great and very accommodating. If you’re going for an art studio look for a shoot this is perfect.
