If you are looking for both a Unique house venue as well as access to an almost private Beach, then this is your place. It has about a 20 foot ceiling in the living area, a loft bedroom, ocean views, a private outdoor deck, 2 short flights of steps to the sand(almost always no one on this beach), beach view looks like you are on an island, and parking off the Highway.
