Nestled in the heart of South Bay Chula Vista near 3rd Ave, our live/work loft boasts lofty ceilings and a tranquil front yard. Beneath the shade of a sprawling tree, you'll find an inviting Equipale Chair and table, surrounded by lush greenery. Our indoor primary shooting area spans approximately 18 x 15 feet. If you require more room, the couch can be moved, expanding the depth to around 20 feet. Though the main shooting space is naturally dim, a touch of daylight filters in. If you're planning a shoot, come equipped with lights or explore our available strobe lights. Adding a splash of vintage charm, a 1972 Green VW Bus adorned with a Mondriaan-inspired mural awaits you in front of our garage. The fusion of funky colors and classic bus design lends an authentically retro vibe. Ready to dive into your creative vision? Don't hesitate to reach out with any inquiries. Please note, our kitchen is undergoing renovation, resulting in some open walls. Additionally, we're working on exciting backyard art installations. Stay tuned for updates! We offer optional production assistant services and lighting rentals at an additional cost. Alternatively, you're welcome to bring your own backdrop. Our studio is equipped with grip gear like c-stands and sandbags, available upon request. Upon arrival, a location manager will warmly greet you, providing a tour of the property. PLEASE BE AWARE: Our space is not accessible for closed-set shoots, as we also use it for our own projects. Our team of four is dedicated to honoring your creative freedom while we work in the loft area, ensuring that you have exclusive access to the downstairs shooting area. Feel free to inquire about lighting rentals or professional assistance with lighting and tethering to a screen. We're all about uplifting one another and fostering growth within our artistic community!

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
