About the Space

Welcome to our Contemporary Aframe located on Scugog Island! A calming and modern retreat with private amenities including a pool, hot tub, lake view, fire pit and wood burning fireplace. Located a 10 min drive from town, restaurants and 2 marinas, this location offers a relaxed neighbourhood best suited for quiet retreats or business professionals looking to escape from the city. Lake access across the street is available to make use of 2 canoes on the premises, while a full beach and dock access is located less than 10 minute drive away. A fully modern interior is equipped with a chef’s kitchen, 75” HDTV with multiple streaming services, 3 bedrooms, 3 bed, and 2.5 bath. A full welcome book with local activities will be available for guests to plan out their personal retreat. Whether guests are looking for a welcoming retreat or an action packed day, this fantastic Aframe offers relaxing amenities and nearby access to beautiful walking trails to cater to the perfect vacation.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
