About the Space
Our ranch home includes many features, notably interesting wall papered rooms, an all pink mauve room, an equestrian themed bedroom, a black den including a velvet bar, so much! There is something for everyone. Works well for photo or video shoots, items may be moved as long as everything is placed back post shoot. Please inquire for Instagram rates if you meet the following criteria: Bookings for 3 or less people, 3 or less hours & more than 10k followers!

Between bookings the entire space is cleaned using highly concentrated disinfectants and cleaners.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
