The exterior of the home offers a seasonal vegetable garden, seasonal flower garden, beautiful water fall and creek while enjoying the covered gazebo to relax and enjoy our city of Atascadero. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
In light of the Coronavirus we have taken every precaution when cleaning our home for our guests. We Disinfect surfaces between guests, and let the cleaning solution stand for 3-5 minutes. We have always and will continue to wash towels and linens between guests with bleach and hot water, we also offer guests separate hand towels. We Provide tissues, disposable paper towels, and hand soap for all guests. We want you to feel safe and confident in our home during your stay.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
