Our 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo includes a living space, kitchen, kitchen island, bathroom, bedroom, laundry area and outdoor patio. The living room space has a queen sofa couch, two chairs, a coffee table and a ROKU tv. The bedroom includes a king size bed. Outdoor patio allows seating for up to 4 guests. The space could be used for anything including a meeting space, photoshoot, interview, team building and more! The beach vibes in the living room makes it a great backdrop for shooting content! Need a marble shower? We got that, too! You will have access to our functional kitchen. We offer a duo coffee pot/k cup coffee maker if you were to need any to fuel your energy. We also have an electric tabletop s'mores maker for a little treat. Need some tunes or audio in the background? Our ROKU tv can be set up to use with any music streaming app or streaming service. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
