This is a boutique that also transforms into a well lit with natural lighting for any event. Wood floors through out & bay windows that open transforming the space into a an outdoor ambiance vibe. Pop Up Shop Book Signing Sip & paint Intimate gatherings Baby showers Yoga Live art Photo shoots Art exhibits etc Space is 950 sq feet - surround sound speakers In highly foot traffic area Newly renovated ****There are NO FREE SET UP TIME**** If booked for 6 hours + we offer 1 hour free set up time!!!! - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Jimmie was great very easy to work with answered any questions I had in a timely professional manner and just made sure we had everything necessary to make my daughter’s trunk party a success.
