About the Space
Our home features an open floor plan with two distinct living spaces. One living space features a piano and guitar, while the other features a TV room. They are separated by a big fireplace. We have an open kitchen. Lots of natural light. The yard has a beautiful small pool and outdoor entertaining areas.

Nikki was AMAZING, and her house was beautiful ! She was very accommodating, and went above and beyond. She is very responsive and helpful. We had our baby shower there and perfectly fit 65 and could have fit more honestly. I just wish I could have taken more photos ! Thank you Nikki!

The space was fantastic for hosting. All of our guests thought the space was beautiful. Nikki was a fantastic host and very communicative. The kids who attended had the perfect area to run around in and Nikki had yard games on site for them to play with. The pool added great ambiance to the event. The kitchen island was spacious for our appetizers. The inside table was great for the older guests and they could still view the party from the windows. I highly recommend this Mid Century Modern House and Nikki as a host.

Booked Nikki’s house for a baby shower and it was such a great experience. We had 75 guests and comfortably fit. The weather was great so we took advantage of the beautiful backyard. Nikki made it so easy and was so communicative the whole event and leading up to it. The best part was we were able to bring our own food & drinks! I would definitely book this space again.

Nikki is a very responsive host and very helpful with local catering, any accommodations for our client, and just an overall attentive/caring host. I love the multiple looks we got from the many rooms. The large front and backyards gave even more options. Don't hesitate to book with Nikki and her home!

After viewing a few houses for a venue of 60 guests, Nikki was definitely the best choice, not only was she very responsive also very welcoming. The space appears as advertised very clean and ready to decorate! The celebration was to take place outdoors which includes the use of the pool. Due to the weather the day of the event we had to quickly find a solution for all our guests. We remained under the covered patio and indoor area which was still large enough to fit my group comfortably. I was able to host a beautiful graduation party and refunded the cost of the pool due to the unplanned rain!
