Cleaning fee is inclusive of hire based on cleanliness and condition of space was left. Extra charges will be added for the sanitation and provision if left untidy and a mess. Cleaning is done between each use. An excessive fee above the $180 cleaning sanitation clean will be added for a 2 hour clean and every 30 min spent above the allotted 2 hour cleaning time at $35 above the excess time. 1 hour buffer for set up and clean up is inclusive. Toilets need to be flushed after every use. Please make sure toilet seat is always left close after flushing. Any dishes used need to be raised and placed in dishwasher ready for cleaner to finalize.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
