Jack Rabbit Ranch is nestled amongst the oaks on 27- acres in peaceful, serene, and remote New Cuyuma. It’s a short 10 minute drive to The Buckhorn Hotel and downtown New Cuyuma, Only 1.5-hours from Ojai, 2- hours from Santa Barbara, and 2.5- hours from Los Angeles. Our ranch is the perfect setting for any occasion! Retreat, wedding, photoshoot, you name it! Once you pull in the gate you drive down a long gravel driveway that will take you either to a hilltop with majestic 360 degree views, or to the house which you can’t miss. The property is filled with treasures from the past including: a 1950s Ford Pickup, an antique gas pump, and repurposed metal swing set. During the duration of your time at the property you will surly see plenty of birds, quail, deer, and of course jackrabbits! We also have a resident toad that you may be lucky enough to spot!At nighttime there is little obstructing light near by so the night sky is perfect for stargazing! Stay for a few hours or a few days.Our ranch is the perfect getaway to reset and relax. Our rental fee includes access to both houses and the use of our land. We also have on grid power! For Weddings we ask that you bring in additional portable toilets, caterers, and all the necessities you will need. We love mother nature and know you do too so please be eco-conscious! We just provide the location and would love to see you leave our special ranch better than you found it! For an extra fee we have two buildings on the ranch that are able to accommodate 7 overnight guests.We also have a Finish Sauna and Jacuzzi that can be used. Enhanced cleaning measures: The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
