DTLA Arts District stand-alone 2600 sq. ft. Warehouse. Two giant roll-up doors open to street-view and give easy access, ventilation, warmth (or keep them closed for more privacy). Accommodates 150 to 200 guests for a wonderful DTLA experience. Can be used for a variety of events such as, art shows, farmers markets, book fairs, workshops, networking events and more. Adaptable to your needs, layout, design, and aesthetics. Comes with accessories, including chairs, tables, furniture, floor pillows/blankets, banquettes, lighting, and stools, all available for your special event. Indoor lighting makes this a perfect evening. Even better - the warehouse is part of a 19,000 sq. ft. larger lot, which can be used to host a 600+ guest outdoor event, or combine with the warehouse (as VIP room, green room, warmup, commissary, or food/drink/vendor storage. Or for just parking, which fits 30 cars unstacked, twice that stacked. Outdoor space can accommodate 50+ vendors for food, cannabis, craft fair, or community event. All of it is on a great active and popular street with wonderful optics, pedestrian traffic, and energy. Trendy and very desirable area, next to other restaurants, bars, Urth Cafe, and Resident. Health and Safety Measures

The space will be neat and clean upon entry. Guests are required to return the space to the entry positions, clean spills and liquids, pick-up lot, dispose refuse, and broom clean the indoor space.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
