About the Space
This lovely modern Spanish home near the ocean is a private oasis. This space unveils itself with many special details as you are greeted by lush foliage, the sound of a beautiful water fountain and 50 year-old olive trees wrapped in twinkle lights. As you make your way towards the home, you will enter upon a spacious courtyard that opens up into a beautiful professional kitchen. Many professional chefs have cooked in this space for dinner parties and cooking classes. The nearby courtyard is a wonderful gathering spot for many social events such as small dinner parties, cocktail parties, intimate weddings, fundraisers, galas, sound baths, yoga retreats, cooking and craft classes, dance classes, and much more... In the kitchen you will find a 9’ long kitchen island with professional-grade appliances, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerator drawers and ample counter space for classes or buffet space. Wander into the living room where you will be met with stunning wooden beamed ceilings and gorgeous views. The space can easily be converted into a space for intimate gatherings, yoga, meetings and more... Off of the living room is a beautiful wooden deck with with an ocean view, a tropical vibe and an ocean breeze. Off of the living room is a staircase that leads to a rooftop terrace. There you and your guests can get wonderful pictures and take in the view. The owner uses sustainable products throughout the house and takes care to use products and supplies that support the environment. No plastic or balloons allowed.

She goes way beyond the extra mile to provide you with everything you may need for your event to be a success - including things you may not have even considered. Julie and her space are amazing. Not only is the space exactly as gorgeously pictured, it's even more magical than you can imagine! Just hosted a book signing event there and Julie was so helpful and gracious. The space was set beautifully and you couldn't ask for a better host. Her little dogs are cute too!!!
