About the Space
This one of a kind private home residence is an oasis of silence in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. Overlooking the golf course, this guard gated community mansion is 3 story, with high ceilings of 18 feet in the living room and 30 feet in the entrance hall. The style is Art Deco and there it’s special round construction makes it one of its kind, which can’t be found anywhere in Las Vegas. The living room has a huge show kitchen - with open floodplain, dining area and a gallery / loft office on the 3rd floor overlooking the low to top high ceiling windows with an unobstructed view on gold course, the strip and the stratosphere tower. The resort style pool is 36 feet long - has a waterfall and plenty space for photoshoppings / filming or even small events. An in home Theater in Las Vegas 20ies Style can be used for mini screenings - Kids rooms ( one boy astronomic themes - one girl, princess themed) are available aswell - master bedroom & closet are available on a special request. Owners are out of town till mid of August giving the opportunity to rent it out 24/7 from 9th of June till 10th of august.
