ABOUT OUR THEATRE: - Approximately 1700 sq ft; - 50ft ceiling; - Two stages (Main Stage and Second Stage) that could be used either simultaneously, or for additional seating, like a balcony; - Perfect for plays, screenings, panels, talkbacks, workshops, recitals, stand-up, bands, filming, and any creative content; - Easy access to load in and load out; - Modular and flexible seating to suit your needs (20 - 80 seats), and fully accessible for individuals with mobility needs; - Lobby + Outdoor lounging area; - Basic equipment included (speakers, theatre lights, screen, and projector); - Free parking. WITH AN ADDITIONAL FEE: - Access to the kitchen and bar if you want to serve food and drinks during intermission or during your event; - Any additional equipment and an in-house technician (inquire for more details); - Early and after-hours access to the building from 10 pm to 9 am; - Courtyard. PLEASE NOTE: YOUR RENTAL TIME MUST INCLUDE SETUP AND STRIKING/ CLEANING. TIME FOR LOAD-IN AND LOAD-OUT IS PART OF YOUR RESERVED HOURS. OVERTIME FEES WILL BE APPLIED. Prefer a quieter space to create?
