About the Space
We have approximately ~1800 square feet of open high ceiling industrial space with a small stage, lighting and sound for performances. We also have a projector which connects to our film screen for audio/visual. It is perfect for performances, filming, screenings, presentations, workshops, and meetings. Seats 99 people, including 4 for handicapped seating. We have a lovely reception area and lobby, plus a kitchenette and adorable outdoor patio space for lounging and relaxing.

We disinfect all high use areas often during a rental and in between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
