I can not leave a good review for this business. I really would have like to but the service I received was highly unfavorable and disrespectful. I was told 48 hours in notice of $800 charges, additionally I was told that I would have time clean up with no extra charge, the charge was sent to me today against the agreement. I was told I could use my own Secruity and later was told within 1-2 days at 6:20 am that my Secruity would not be used. I was told the alcohol prices the day of. James told me information that was not factual and he did unethical business. I was also informed because they did not know my Secruity is the reason they did not want to use my licensed Secruity. I had a very good crowd at this space all the owners seem to care about is making money. I can not even give them a 0 save your money and go else where, they may do good business with who they know like they say. The Manager rushed me out and was smoking Marjunia in the space which is against their own policy. They treated me and my guest like we were unworthy, it was harsh and discriminatory business. When you do business with them make sure you put together your own contract for the owners to keep their word and legally bind them to the terms of their business. Their were also rats and rodents running around according to their own manager in the space which was a safety hazard and bathroom smell like a dead rat. There where several holes all through out the space please please save your money! Don’t by liquor from this space the owner stated he would buy back unused liquor but lied about that as well and said he gave me a discount. We finished the event before 10pm, cleaned up and we’re out by 11pm are you kidding me and we cleaned the space WOW!! A group of women cleaned that space, that’s wrong.

Absolutely adored the venue and the people who rented it to us where a PLEASURE to work with! Definitely would love to work with them again and plan some more events or even photo shoots at this incredible venue ! Beautiful spot ! Spacious ! Highly recommended!

I fell in love with this space. The art work is so dope. The owners were very amazing and great communication. They helped out as much as they could even helped out with set up. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts. The space was amazing so much good things I can say.
