About Studio 1060 Event Venue
This studio serves as the perfect blank canvas for your creative project. This single-story 1,350 square foot completely renovated studio is ideal for the creators who already have their own equipment and need a large, bright, empty space to decorate for shoots. The space features crisp white walls, 30 dimmable LED lights, air conditioning, a private, handicapped accessible bathroom and enough space for your crew and equipment. You may play whatever audio you need to in the studio. This is a commercial space with very little space pollution. When the space is not in use as an event venue, it is the ideal spot for a photo or video shoot for a with a custom backdrop. There are 60 chiavari chairs, and 8 rectangle tables that can be used to hold food, beverages and equipment. There is no onsite storage, so removing furniture from the space will incure an offsite storage fee.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
