Activities that work well in our space we a 3 bedroom Penthouse w/backyard, deck off kitchen and private rooftop) ·Modern kitchen photo shoots, cooking/chef show shoot, food tastings ·Backyard, lots of decks, rooftop for photo shoots, ·Product shoots ·Film Shoots, promotional video, Documentary shoots, ·Art Gallery ·Small Rooftop Wedding ·Proposal for small group gathering · Mixer ·Fitness Video -rooftop yoga, backyard, we also have a gym. ·Apparel Shoot, fashion, fitness, ·Photoshoots -maternal, family, boudoir ·and more... FOR ALL EVENTS HOST(s) will provide 1-2 onsite coordinators to assist during events from cleaning up, bartending, to act as a runner for food and cocktails, check people in at the door etc. This service is a courtesy and is not additional. It is included in your rate. A Guest List MUST be provided 48 hours in advance for all attendees and vendors. Our staff will check them in at the door. NO ONE will be allowed in if they are not on the guest list -no exceptions.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
