Large 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom corner home with three floors, and a huge loft-like open first floor. Spacoius backyard and front yard, ample sidewalk space, and endless parking make the home ideal for photo or film shoots, family gatherings or parties. Open kitchen and living room make the first floor especially adept for gatherings. Extra folding tables and seating available as needed. Beaches all around, Orchard Beach a mile away and City Island's famous seafood restaurants make this unique NYC home a spectacular retreat, just 45 min. from midtown Manhattan. We’ve hosted productions of various sizes and understand the needs of crews while also protecting the integrity of our space.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
