Spacious Backyard Oasis with Pool, Natural Gas Fire Pit and Hot Tub
About the Space
The backyard is part of a 1/4 acre property in Castro Valley. We bought the property 11 years ago, had it completely re-landscaped, and then added a pool and more new landscaping in 2021. Enter the space through the double gate on the left side of the house. The top area of the yard (nearest the house) has a hot tub, patio and dining set with seats for 8. The middle of the yard is 2,000 square feet of lawn including an in-ground trampoline. Past the lawn area you'll find a brand new pool and a covered flagstone patio with natural gas fire pit. We have seating around the pool, including two chaise lounge chairs as well as fire pit seating for 6-8 more. Note: There is no bathroom in the backyard, so please communicate with me directly if you want to talk about using the bathroom space in the home. We'd need to ensure we're able to let you in.

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
