Beatiful 3 bed/2 bath Scandinavian Historiacal home located in Santa Maria's Carriage District. In addition, a den, family room, breakfast nook, brand new HVAC system, newly remodeled living areas with all new furniture, stainless appliances and, formal dining. Beautiful corner lot, 3 car garage, lovely landscaped backyard, patio furniture, fire pit and a charcoal bbq. *Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Home is secured with outdoor cameras and Vivint security system. An hour south of Paso Robles and an hour north of Santa Barbara! Located in between San Francisco and Los Angeles. Beach lovers dream, ATVing at Pismo Beach, gamble at the Chumash Casino, spend a day in Solvang, visit the Santa Maria Elks Rodeo in June, the Santa Barbara County Fair and Paso Robles Mid-state Fair both in July, wine tasting in San Luis Obispo, and Santa Barbara counties. A hiker's paradise! Guest access You will have full access to the home. I do have a minimal amount of personal belongings in the home and garage, and I ask that you let them be. Other things to note I have a keurig coffee maker and some kpods, as well as a reusable k cup if you would rather bring ground coffee. There is also an older, traditional coffee maker in pantry. There will be room in the garage for at least one car and plenty of room on the large driveway. Please be respectful of and to my neighbors. Try not to park in front of their homes. You will be given parking passes as the street is 1 hour parking with permit. Also I prepare the home for the number of guests you make the reservation for. If you are planning to host extra people, please let me know. There should be no parties or events without talking to me first. This is a rule I have to be strict with because of past guests' disrespect of my property and neighbors. There should be no outside noise at night. Don't forget, while you are on vacation, others have to work. My neighbors are quick to inform me if they see something out of the ordinary going on. They are aware that my home is on Peerspace, but like to look out for it as well as our neighborhood. Please inquire via Peerspace messaging if you have any questions or are interested. *The minimum booking is 3 hours and is non-negotiable. It takes a great deal to clean and prep the space, and renting out the home has to make sense for both parties :-). Thank you for understanding.
