About the Space
Perfect for a photoshoot our space is available for days only (no overnights, or people staying). The space is open, airy, has great light, exposed brick with large windows to a beautiful view of the Seattle Waterfront. French doors open up providing a breeze. Fully furnished with art-filled walls and a designer bed. Great for engagement, boudoir sessions or urban products. OF shoots are welcome.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Ronda was a pleasure to work with, and her studio was outstanding. Shot on a rainy February afternoon, but had plenty of light. As you can see from her photos, her space is beautiful with multiple areas for creating different scenes. Highly recommend.
