About the Space
We have many different locations available on our 21-acre property and can accommodate productions ranging from photoshoots to full-scale feature film production. Select locations include: - Heavy forested areas (think Endor) - Fern gulch: Heavily ferned spot resembling a fairy tale setting - Two ponds - Open meadows (both park-like and undeveloped) Additional structures include a massive octagon yoga deck, a wood-heated cedar hot tub set in the forest, a large garden area, a pond with a bridge, and a glamping tent. Beautiful, green, well-maintained property with access for trucks and machinery. Parking available for semi-trucks outside the front gate.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
