• Your set up time and wrap has to fit within your booking time. Ex: Your booking starts is from 9am-2pm. You have to be done and out of the studio at 2pm. Overtime will be charged • No smoking inside the studio a $200 fee will be applied per incident • Leave the place as clean and organized as it was when given to you. If props and set dec was use please place it back where it belongs. All furniture back to its original place. All lights and equipment must be return to their original place. Otherwise a $75 fee will apply. • Do not enter the studio before your booking time there might be another crew inside. • We are not responsible for any lost / stolen / damaged equipment during your booking • The property must be left in the condition you originally entered it in. Any damages incurred will be passed on to production • No pornography All ages are allowed in the space Furniture and decorations may be moved as long as the production places it back to the original position. Smoke machines are allowed Nudity is allowed 1-9 people — $0 no extra fee 10-14 people = $25 extra per hour 15-19 people = $50 extra per hour 20-24 people = $100 extra per hour
