General Rules - Doors remain locked at all times. Let us know when you arrive for your booking and we will walk you in. - Your set up time and wrap-up time has to fit within your booking time. Ex: If your booking is from 9am-2pm, your booking must be complete and all guests must be out by 2pm. Overtime will be charged. - No smoking inside the studio. A fee will be applied per incident - Leave the place as clean and organized as it was when given to you. If props and set decor are used, please place back where it belongs. All furniture is to be placed back to its original place. All lights and equipment must be returned to their original place. - Do not enter the studio before your booking time. There might be another booking inside. Contact us upon arriving and we will bring you in. - We are not responsible for any lost / stolen / damaged equipment during your booking. - The property must be left in the condition you originally entered it in. Any damages incurred will be passed on to production. - All ages are allowed in the space. - Pets are allowed in the space. - Smoke machines are allowed in the space. - Nudity is allowed. - Pornography is not allowed.
