About the Space
1930’s era original mansion. The house has unique features that are representative of the era. The exterior is of southwest stucco design. Large rooms include a formal dining room and living room with a grand staircase. Tall ceilings and ornate fixtures and chandeliers throughout the home. Early Hollywood style reminiscent of the early 20th century. We provide FREE scouting time. Booking is limited to photo and video sessions only. No events please. No one under 16 unless part of the production.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The photos online simply don’t do it justice; the mansion is even more stunning in person. Our host, Dave, was fantastic and ensured that everything went smoothly during our shoot. He was incredibly accommodating, attending to our needs promptly and always available to assist without being intrusive. The mansion itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, providing the perfect backdrop for our project. All of our crew were equally impressed with the space. This space is stunning. The pictures are great but they don’t do it justice. The house is very spacious. My group and I booked this space for a photoshoot and Dave (the owner) always replied promptly to messages and was very kind and communicative. I would highly recommend booking this place.
