About the Space
Book your tropical paradise experience in our enormous swimming pool & let the surroundings take you away from the city life. This beautiful private backyard venue is here to host your baby shower, bridal brunch, birthday party. Or just come by and hang out during the summer for an awesome pool party! Space amenities include: Enormous pool (7 foot deep and 30x 50 ft) with love seats in deep end and jacuzzi that seats 14 people and LED color changing lights for night time swimming. There is also patio seating available too. (lounge chairs, dinning tables and sofa couches too. The patio also has several speakers that can play CD’s or bluetooth audio from your phone. Another set of amenities include the fire place, mini fridge, BBQ grill, volleyball court and the open back yard space. This tropical backyard and pool sets this place apart from the rest because of its wide open space but privately concealed by palms and beautiful Italian Cyprus trees.

We had our High School Reunion at Kevin’s poolside oasis on Sept 24th. It was a wonderful setting for our party. We appreciate all the efforts that helped make it a huge success.

I live in Northern California and was looking for a venue in Southern California to throw a big 50th birthday party for my cousin that could accommodate 100 people. I found peerspace and took a leap of faith. We booked the Tropical Oasis Backyard because it looked like it had all the elements we were looking for; lots of space, a pool, a covered patio, plenty of parking, we could have a DJ, and we could bring in our own caterers- it was perfect! It was also a great price for an eight hour party. The owners were easy to work with, responded quickly to questions, and were on site the entire duration of the party ready to help us if we needed anything. We were able to coordinate vendors drop off and delivery and pick up without issues. I was concerned about only one bathroom inside the house, but it was not an issue at all. It went more smoothly than I could have imagined. AND the pool! It was so big with a pretty good sized hot tub, plenty of space for so many guests, it was sparkling, refreshing, and it added an amazing element for our guests. We got so many compliments about our party from our guests, especially about the venue and location. I couldn't have found a more perfect spot to celebrate a special occasion. I am very happy with our decision to host our party there.

Very thankful for all Kevin's patience. It was very hard for me being the bride and being stuck in the room not being able to help guide the guests. I hope they weren't too much of a nuisance. The space was absolutely gorgeous on the day of the event and the wedding was beautiful. Kevin accommodated us much more than what we expected and was very kind.
