Guests can park for free on the street. A few cars can park in the driveway.

Hourly Rate and Overtime The posted hourly rate includes set up, breakdown, and removal of all belongings. Please allow enough time without going into overtime. If overtime occurs, the overtime rate will be billed at half hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times the posted hourly rate. Filming, photoshoots, and production Please be upfront with how you plan to use the space and what you are looking to do so that we can help you achieve your goals. Anything that involves nudity is not allowed. Scouting We are happy to accommodate scouts provided the rate and hourly minimum are met for the reservation date. We will only accommodate prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional scouts will only be permitted once the booking has been accepted. All scouts are subject to availability and cannot encroach into other guests’ reservation times. Noise We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. Please be advised that the house sits near an active railroad track. Although there is sound resistance insultation and curtains, the trains can still be heard inside of the house. Cleaning and Damages Please take care of the space. Nothing should be adhered to, in any form, to the walls or floors. Please tidy up after yourselves. Damages to walls, floors, furniture, etc will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Illegal substances Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in eviction with no refund. Law enforcement may be involved. Miscellaneous Smoking is not allowed in the space. Glitter and confetti cannot be used. No flames or frying is allowed in the space. The master bedroom and bathroom are off limits.
