This large, 2 story home is the quintessential American beach house. The second floor is the main living space with a huge, open floor plan that leads to an open kitchen with plenty of natural light and high ceilings. The bottom floor has another open living room with a dining area + kitchenette that open up to the back yard and a private walk path to a beautiful, scenic beach with lush dunes and spectacular views of the Channel Islands. There is also a rooftop deck with views of the ocean and foothills in the distance.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
