About the Space
Amazing mountain view house located in a quiet cul-de-sac, safe neighborhood in north Thousand Oaks. Private 3 bedrooms 2 bath unit in house, private entrance, private living room and kitchen. Interior: 1200 square feet. Huge backyard in a half acres lot (part of the lot are hillside). Shared laundry and driveway with the hosts resident in the ADU. Event allowed during daytime, please no loud music from midnight to 7am. Pets can be in the yard on leash in case they escape.

General Rules
1. Do not do drugs or smoke interior. You will be charged $300 if you smoke cigarettes, weed, or use any other drugs in the house.
2. Keep quiet 12 midnight to 7am so that not to disturb neighbors.
3. Please checkout on time. If you check out late, a $100 per hour late fee will be applied until you vacate the property.
4. Owner are authorized to discard any belongings which are left in the property after your check-out time.
5. Not suitable for children and pets.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
