We have a lot of space. 2/3 acres of livable space on a 100 acre farm. Farm is a cash crop farm, so no interruption of live stock. Farm has two working shops on it. One that was built in the 1950/60s and still has quite a lot of it's original structure and tools within it. This shop is 20W x 40L in size. Second shop is a 40W x 80L shop with a 24 x 24 room built within. Large shop doors make is a good location for filming and use of natural light. There are a multitude of old farming equipment on the farm such as tractors, skid steers, ploughs, trailers, seacans, etc. There are also multiple trucks and cars dating from 1960s to early 2000s. There are also a multitude of farm tools that can be used, such as sythes, milking cans, shelves, etcs. The farm is located on the Luther Marsh which is a reserved area. The marsh is at the entrance of the farm, leading up to a long driveway to the livable part of the farm. There is a great sense of isolation on this farm and a lot of space and light to work with. At the entrance of the farm are two plots of land that can fit many vehicles including trailers and telehandlers, etc. What is unique about this farm is that there is a lot of sky. There are also a lot of trees that make this place quite sheltered and serene. We have an old farmhouse that was build in the 1940s which has a very run-down and thriller-esque sense to it. This house is available to be demolished for a shot.
