Activities such as yoga classes, dance classes, creative classes of different kinds could be taught or hosted in the main room at the front or middle area with plenty of space. The space is open during the daytime hours most of the time. Independent contractors such as photographers, video producers, artists or more could have their own private room with 2 doors. Enough space to be an office and storage. We have a front main entry space, an occupied office room, an occupied small taping room, a vacant room with 2 doors, 1 bathroom. Perfect for Weekend Evening Venue Rental. This space could hold events on Weekend Nights. The front lobby is 14x11 feet and can accommodate seating for 10 or less. Perfect for a smaller get together or baby shower. The classroom is 26.5x11.5 feet and can comfortably seat an audience of 20 with plenty of room for a speaker. It could accommodate larger tables for conferences or a variety of different uses. Both rooms share a common bathroom space; a common kitchen area with a coffee maker, microwave, small refrigerator, and an outside sink is in the hall. We have streaming capabilities, internet access, printer onsite. We do have a small audition taping room with lighting, video and audio taping capabilities. Studio manager must operate this equipment only.
