This comfortable oceanfront duplex provides exceptional views and features 2 master queen bedrooms with private baths, a 70" HDTV in the family room, 2 additional tv sets in the masters, wi-fi, and much more. The first floor has 1 twin bunk bedroom, a queen master bedroom with master bath, a full bunk room and shared full bath. The second floor consists of a living area, dining area, full kitchen and powder room. Enjoy the beautiful ocean views while dining and entertaining. Ample seating space for friends and family along with a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The third floor is home to an oceanfront queen master with a private master bath. On this level you will also find a bonus sitting area with a twin daybed. Outside you will love spending time in the Tiki Area. Pull up to the tiki bar for drinks, grill on the Blackstone grill, toss a game of cornhole, throw darts or just relax in the hammocks. An extra fridge provides added space for food and drinks. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
