WE HAVE STREAMLINED OUR COWORKING SPACE TO ACCOMMODATE EVERYONE, PROFESSIONAL SPACE WITH CREATIVE VIBE This space has been optimized for artists of all types. Content Creators, Photographers, Podcasters, Musicians, Recording Artists, Graphics Designers, Youtubers, Bloggers, Videographers, And More. The studio is equipped for your production needs. We look forward to hosting your next project! Space Details: Broadcast Room 170 sq ft Rode RODEcaster Pro 4 Broadcast Mics 4 headphones 4 Desktop Stands 4 Mic Arms 4 Mic Stands 3 Tables 4 Chairs Ring Light Set builds are available upon request through our business. Inquire for pricing* The room is on the top floor of the building. Rooms have windows to view broad st. We have a lobby and a reception area. There is a 361 sq ft lounge for waiting or relaxing. The space also has two gender neutral restrooms with wipes and disinfectant spray. A vending machine is located on the first floor in the venue area. 2 hour Parking around the perimeter of the building (Free after 6pm). Easily accessible by public transportation and lots of restaurants in the area for fuller meals. Each room can accommodate 5 people comfortably but we prefer to keep the guest to a minimum.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

I had an excellent experience at this studio located in the Germantown area of Philadelphia! The host was incredibly professional and responsive, always ready to assist with any questions I had. The studio itself was fantastic, with a great set-up that included everything you could possibly need—lights, mics, and even a camera. I highly recommend this space and am already looking forward to my next visit.
