About the Space
We are a private training facility in Burbank CA. We are conveniently located near the 5 freeway as well as many shopping centers. Our facility is catered to private training and intimate renters. Our space is 6000 square feet including a fully remodeled bathroom. As we are located in a shopping center, we have ample parking available, including a 2 story parking garage off of Verdugo Ave. Our gym is fully remodeled with black walls and gold decals. We are fully equipped with Arsenal Strength equipment, custom made black and gold. The lighting in our gym is overhead lighting, which offers perfect contour lighting for fitness and active shoots. We are a covid safe facility, with very clean and safe equipment.

I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the equipment and the flooring I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies I refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean the gym I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean after yourself I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
