About the Space
The secluded backyard retreat space is equipped with a pergola & sofa in the creative work space. There is enough seating for 7-8 people. There is also a dining/workspace high-top table that has 6 chairs and an optional umbrella is available for use. The space is also equipped with access to a 60" TV (equipped select premium channels from Direct TV, Amazon Prime movies, Netflix, and an option to connect a smartphone for screen-sharing. The outdoor space also has an insulated ice chest, surround sound speakers, or an Alexa equipped blue tooth speaker with full and unlimited access to Apple Music, Amazon Music, and more for an additional fee.

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected prior to each booking, and the pool is serviced by a licensed professional cleaner to maintain superb water ph balance and overall pool cleanliness.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
