This space is a gorgeous 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom modern farmhouse in a secluded location while still close to amenities. Large open space living area and kitchen with lots of natural light. Intimate master bedroom and master bathroom. Modern white finishes with rustic touches including shiplap and wood beams. Finished basement with a fitness room and bunkroom for unique photo settings. Relaxing backyard retreat with beach entry pool. An outdoor pavilion complete with bar, living, and dining areas rounds out this spectacular setting. Secluded and private area that is unobtrusive to outsiders. Ample private parking for box trucks and multiple vehicles.

This was a super easy location for a production. The homeowner knows what to expect and is easy to communicate with from before booking through the end of the project. The house is a minimalist farm house with one step entry so it's a nice clean slate to work with and easy load in and out. There's tons of parking too if you're strategic. We had a group of 17 here and we all fit easily.

Dreamy Modern Farmhouse is just that and more. The home is immaculate, the furnishings and decor are stunning, and the hosts couldn't have been more accommodating. I highly recommend it and can't wait to come back.
