About Granada House
The space opens itself to a range of activities. Good for small events, professional meetings, social hrs, celebrations, classes or lessons, art exhibitions and much more. The layout is professionally designed but is fluid per event. On-site small kitchenette, single bathroom floor plan. The space is set up with bluetooth speakers, one big screen tv, and many functional outlets throughout.

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Granada House is such a beautiful space! We booked the space for a bridal shower and everyone loved it! It is very spacious and it’s beautifully decorated inside already. Everyone I worked with at the Granada House was so kind and helpful especially Anthony and Kyle. They were very easy to communicate with and I had a great experience overall. I would book this space again in the future and I highly recommend to others!

This space was perfect for our farewell party. We had a friend dj and brought a beer keg. 50 people fit and danced comfortably. Thank you!

The space is awesome, open, and overall easy to utilize for mostly any purpose. We had a great time throwing a welcome party/wedding celebration for 50 people, including DJs and our own sound equipment. Be aware that you cannot hang anything on the walls, but we were able to still make a little Photo Booth by hanging the backdrop from some wood slats with permission from the hosts. I think for me, communication would have been easier if we’d just been dealing directly with Paige, as it sometimes felt redundant or confusing to have two different people in charge of the listing.

Paige and Kyle were amazing hosts. Incredible communication and extremely helpful with everything I needed for the party. Very unique and spacious venue. Sound system was great. Venue was just as pictured. We had access to the sound system and the staff is super helpful and accommodating. It's a bargain and I would recommend if the location suits your needs.
