Features intersecting two-story volumes, exposed-wood ceilings, glass catwalk, bent steel stairs, an eclectic variety of natural materials and kaleidoscope of finishes, steel troweled plaster, three wood-burning fireplaces, finished concrete hearths, countertops, sinks and bathtub, exposed steel & concrete, interior and exterior skylights, radiant heat, passive solar, natural ventilation and cooling, steel-troweled concrete & black bamboo floors, concrete wine wall, saline pool & spa with teak bridge, Koi pond with floating bridge, outdoor shower, bamboo gardens, & waterfalls. Handcrafted, artistic elements: pivoting teak entry door, shattered glass light ensemble, hand-sculpted black walnut stairs, operable windows inset in plate glass, bent stainless steel light ensemble, plate glass sink, and patina metal panels.
